HighLight Towers

HighLight Munich Business Towers in northern Munich has become a new landmark on the city's skyline with its two 126 and 113 meter towers. The transparency and elegance of the two slender steel and glass skyscrapers distinctively slanted at the top are echoed in the light, airy rooms, which are flooded with daylight and which can be reached within a matter of seconds via the high-speed glass elevators. This class A property, which points Munich's way forward, also boasts good transportation connections plus plenty of underground parking and is fitted with cutting-edge technology, for example openable casement windows in the façade, and even at night the building glows from afar with spectacular lighting effects.

The daring design of the towers, which are linked by delicately executed bridges, is the brainchild of American star architect Helmut Jahn. The investor, KanAm Group, was able to hand over the keys to the first tenants after a construction period of as little as 22 months.

The major tenant of the upper stories of the east tower is Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. The major tenant of the west tower is the European IT infrastructure provider Fujitsu Technology Solutions. The complex also includes a five-story office and business center plus a seven-story Innside Premium hotel.
