St. Louis Mills, Missouri, a super-regional retail and entertainment destination is an investment property of the closed-end USA shopping mall fund KanAm USA XX. The site is 16 miles from downtown St. Louis. The mall opened its doors on November 13, 2003 and attracted about 200,000 visitors on the opening weekend.

The mall has a leasable space of approximately 96,000 square meters and has 11 anchor tenants and over 200 typical Mills retail outlets, also providing several thousand parking spaces.
