The 1899 Pennsylvania Avenue office building was acquired in 2003 by the open-ended real estate fund KanAm US-grundinvest Fonds.
It lies only a few minutes from the White House, in the area known as the "Golden Triangle" in the heart of the central business district of Washington, D.C. It is situated diagonally opposite the headquarters of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. Originally built in 1920, this eleven-story office block was completely refurbished and modernized in 2003 and now boasts first-class fit-out standards. The major tenant is Wilmer, Cutler and Pickering, one of America's largest and most renowned law practices.
