The 810 Seventh Street office building, located in the government quarter of Washington, D.C., was acquired in 2003 by the open-ended real estate fund KanAm grundinvest Fonds.

The building was completed in 1991 and has been leased long-term to the US Department of Justice (housing the offices of the Deputy US Attorney General) and to the Goethe Institute, the German official cultural and information center.
