The open-ended real estate fund KanAm grundinvest Fonds acquired in February 2005 the first building in Spain, the office building "Edificio Princ" in the central business district of Madrid.

The property is the headquarters of the leading Spanish energy provider Enagas S.A. and has a good inner-city location with excellent transport connections. It consists of two independent seven-story building parts with representative fittings and a common underground car park.

Edificio Pinc is entirely and long-term leased to Enagas S.A. The creditworthy company is resoponsible for planning, constructing and operating the Spanish gas pipe network.
