In October 2003 the open-ended real estate fund KanAm grundinvest Fonds acquired a building belonging to a three building department store coplex from the traditional luxury department store "Le Printemps". In March 2007 KanAm grundinvest Fonds sold the famous property.
"Le Printemps" has been the building's tenant since 1935 and is regarded as an institution in France. This exclusive building is situated in the famous and high-turnover district near Boulevard Haussmann, between station St. Lazare and Opéra Garnier. Originally built in 1930, the building was substantially modernized in 1998 and 1999. The building, consisting of nine overground stories and three underground stories is fully long-term leased to the traditional department store France Printemps.
