Winchester House, built in 1999 and situated in the immediate vicinity of the London Stock Exchange, was acquired in 2003 by the open-ended real estate fund KanAm grundinvest Fonds.

In 2002 the renowned British Council for Offices awarded this property the BCO building award for its outstanding design and the premier quality of its fit-out. This office building has been leased in its entirety long-term to Deutsche Bank AG and is the head office for Deutsche Bank's worldwide investment banking operations.
