KanAm International GmbH, headquartered in Munich, Germany, is the holding company for the KanAm Group and is responsible for directing most of the activities connected with the closed-end KanAm real estate funds. In addition to performing controlling and standard accounting operations, the holding company is also responsible for the taxation, data-processing and personnel functions and for the media and public relations activities of the KanAm Group. In addition to this, KanAm International GmbH together with the two other companies headquartered in Munich, KanAm Grundbesitz GmbH and KanAm Finanzberatung GmbH, coordinates the Group's marketing activities.
