At the end of January 2005 the KanAm Grund Spezialfondsgesellschaft mbH launched its first open-ended real estate fund KanAm SPEZIAL grundinvest Fonds. The investment strategy of the new fund is tailored to the needs of institutional investors. It is based on the proven success criteria of the open-end mutual funds of KanAm Grund Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH. As the KanAm SPEZIAL grundinvest Fonds is exclusively created for institutional investors, the fund is not traded publicly.
