Since 1978 KanAm has launched a total of 38 closed-end real estate funds for investment properties in the USA and Germany. So far 20 of these funds have been dissolved, posting above-average returns for KanAm investors. 18 of the closed-end KanAm real estate funds are being maintained for investors and for the most part generate above-average distributions, which are largely tax-free.
