Closed-End Real Estate Funds
The KanAm Group, with offices in Munich, Frankfurt and Atlanta, has successfully been setting up closed-end real estate funds in the USA and Germany since 1978, generating sustained above-average returns for KanAm investors. Of the 38 closed-end funds set up so far 20 have now been dissolved.
 
Open-Ended Real Estate Funds
Since November 2001 KanAm has been offering a wide range of investors the opportunity to invest in the first independent open-end real estate fund, KanAm grundinvest Fonds. Since its market launch the fund shows a above-average performance and for investors a very gratifying tax-free portion of 100 percent of the distribution.

The launch of  KanAm US-grundinvest Fonds in May 2003 has for the first time enabled German investors to invest in an open-ended real estate fund denominated in US dollars.
